The Bengalee Association was founded and registered under The Societies Act on 16th September 1959. Initially it came into existence in the form of a public Library named Bharati Pathagar in 1950.

    A Special General Body Meeting is convened hereby notifying as per clause 30.3 of the constitution of the Association for the particular business specified mentioned here under as agenda of the meeting to be held on 20.03.16 at 10.45 a.m.

    Agenda
    Presentation of the Order received from the District Registrar issued as per section 25 (2) (C) (iii) of Karnataka Societies Registration Act 1960, Rule 5. This order is issued on the enquiry report under the Karnataka Societies Act 1960, section 25 by the Additional District Registrar, Bengaluru Urban District on the complaint lodged by few members of the Association.
    Members can recall that during last three AGMs, we have tabled these Complaints, Association’s replies and enquiry reports. Ultimately, this long waited Final Order has reached us. Board of Trustee and Executive Committee has unanimously decided to present the same to the General Members and decide follow up action as directed by the District Registrar of Societies.
